  • KB swings (55/35)
  • push press (85/55)
  • burpees

– begin with 1 rep of each. every round increase the reps by 1 (rounds 1 doing 1 rep of each, round 2 doing 2 reps of each, etc.)
– score = number of rounds completed (only full rounds count)

    1. You can either come in during another class and lift on your own, or get get hold of me on the phizzone and see when I’ll be at the gym during down hours

      1. Plan on seeing us there. We have no clue what to expect. The website is so vague, and the workout won’t be posted until a week before the event.

    1. The cool down was a tabata set of: While laying down – hold your push press weight (95lbs) extended from your chest, cross ankles, roll the hips left and bring feet up to left side bar, back down to center, roll hips right bring feet up to right side of bar – back to center. 3, 2, 1 Go!
