Skill- Snatch Balance 3-2-1-1-1-1-1
pause at the bottom for 5 seconds (have someone count for you) increase weight each set, should be heavy but not maximal

WOD- 20 min AMRAP

3 L-pullups
6 burpee over the box jumps 24/20
9 KBS 70/55

coaches notes- sub dead hang pullups for L-pullups. When doing the burpees you can jump over the entire box or jump on top of the box to get over it. You do not need to stand tall if you jump on the box, the goal is to get over the box as quickly as possible.

Thanksgiving schedule-

Wednesday- 6am, 11am, 4:30pm and 5:30pm (no 6:30pm class)
Thursday- Open Gym 8:00-9:30am
Friday- Open Gym 12:00-1:30pm
Saturday- Regular classes (9, 10 and 11am)
