Skill: Sprint time trials:
200 m (from one end of canopy to other)
WOD: 5 rounds: (outside)
10 air squats
75 m sprint (from doors to end of canopy)
10 push ups
75 m sprint (from end of canopy to doors)
– Rest approximately 2 minutes between rounds
– Have journals ready and record each round as a seperate time
– There will be one running clock, you do the math for each round.
– Goal: keep each round either consistent, or improving.
