Skill:     Sprint time trials:

  • 800 m
  • 400 m
  • 200 m (from one end of canopy to other)

WOD:     5 rounds: (outside)

  • 10 air squats
  • 75 m sprint (from doors to end of canopy)
  • 10 push ups
  • 75 m sprint (from end of canopy to doors)

– Rest approximately 2 minutes between rounds

– Have journals ready and record each round as a seperate time

– There will be one running clock, you do the math for each round.

– Goal: keep each round either consistent, or improving.

– Post times and scaling to comments –
