Skill:   2 touch & go snatches (full squat) EMOM for 6 minutes @ 70%. (every minute on the minute)

5 rounds:

45 sec. ME C2B pull ups

15 sec. rest

45 sec. 5 front squat + 3 push jerk (135/95)

15 sec. rest

  1. This is a good workout!! Beats a 20 min amrap! Scaled to 115# and started doing reg pull ups pretty quick. Thanks heather for coaching this am
