10 – 21 – 11
WOD:
3 rounds: (95/65)
- 15 SDHP
- 50 bar hop-overs
- 15 thrusters
150 m OH carry
– Will complete all 3 rounds of SDHPs, bar hop-overs and thrusters, and then will finish with the OH carry after the 3 rounds. Only OH carrying once.
– Bar hop-overs can be side-to-side or front-to-back
– WOD will be completed outside using the same course we used during the competition and that we’ve been using for the sled pulls.
– Should be able to go at lease 6 at a time as long as no one parks along the gym sidewalk.
– Post loads and times to comments –
