5X1 Power Clean & Push Jerk @ 75% (of max Clean any style) – rest 60 sec.
-then-
3 rounds for total reps of:
ME UB Perfectly Vertical KBS 55/35#  (max effort unbroken)
ME UB Thrusters 115/75#

No more than one minute rest between movements per round.

Rest as needed between rounds (recover to 100% but no more than 3 minutes)

    Thrusters suck!! But I’m happy with my reps because I pushed harder every round.

    That was killer on the grip and the forearms. So much fun today!!!

  3. WOD… 102 rx…. Doing the vertical kb swings and pausing at the top def put a new twist on things…..
