WOD- 12 min Squat clean/HSPU Ladder
1 Squat clean @70% of 1RM
1 HSPU
2 Squat cleans
2 HSPU
3 Squat cleans
3 HSPU
etc
HSPUs should be challenging, if you normally use 2 mats try 1, if you normally do pike push ups on a 24″ box try a 30″ box.
Every rep counts.

  1. 175# squat clean
    6 rounds + 3 HSPU 115# squat cleans and about a 5″ deficit on the HSPUs
    a lot lighter than what I wanted to do, trying to correct some bad habits on my squat clean.
