HSPUs should be challenging, if you normally use 2 mats try 1, if you normally do pike push ups on a 24″ box try a 30″ box.
Every rep counts.

6 rounds + 3 HSPU 115# squat cleans and about a 5″ deficit on the HSPUs
a lot lighter than what I wanted to do, trying to correct some bad habits on my squat clean.
135# on SC. (Not a PR)
8 rds on wod @ 95#, 30″ pike push up.
185# squat clean
WOD: 7 rds + 6 sc.. 135 and about a 3” deficit(25# plates)
105# squat clean
Wod: 8 rounds + 4 squat cleans (70#, 2 mat hspu)
210# clean (& jerk…for good measure) PR
WOD: 7rds+5sc (145#/45plt hspu)
7 rounds + 4 squat cleans @ 115# and reg hand release push-ups .
