Skill:   Weighted Ring Dips   5×5

WOD:

3 rounds:

  • 10 ring dips
  • 10 ring rows
  • rest

3 rounds:

  • 10 deadlifts (95#/65#)
  • 10 push press (95#/65#)
  • rest

3 rounds:

  • 10 KB swings (55#/35#)
  • 10 goblet squats (55#/35#)
  • rest

Workouts will be done with a partner. One partner will work while the other rests and keeps count of reps

    you can say ring dips got the best of me.
    nobody has gotten hurt yet so not sure whats so dangerous about ring dips?

  4. I got one rep with 10#. 4 reps body weight. 2:58 red, 4:35 RX, 3:25 RX! No excuses, I could have done better
