    1. Great job on the WOD DJ, I was trying so hard to match you but the last set of twists killed me. It felt like something was holding the dumbbell down.

  1. Did beach WOD in key west by Sabrina and Brian … 150 m sprint 30 air squats. 150 m sprint 20 burpees. 150 sprint 30 Russian twists. 150 m sprint 10 burpees … 4 :34. Beat my friend from California by 3 seconds!! Tiff did 5:50 beat her counter part by 25 seconds!! Thanks Sabrina and Brian
