  • 10 chest-to-bar pull ups
  • 10 front squats (145/85)
  • 10 bar-facing burpees

– intermediate: [red band/(115/65)]

– beginners: [ring rows/(75/35)]

-If you are competing this weekend, I recomment you refrain from doing todays WOD. If you want to come in, keep it to light lifting and stretching. Save your energy for tomorrow’s big day!! REPRESENT!!

    1. 1458 South Street – It’s on the corner of Laurel and MLK, right by a little taqueria. The best parking is off MLK.
