Skill- 15 min of snatch balance. Work up to a heavy single.

WOD- 10 rounds

30 seconds max effort ring dips (these do not have to be unbroken)

rest 30

30 seconds max effort lumping lunges (alternating legs)

rest 30

Score is one continuous count. Each lunge will count as one to make it easier to keep track of reps.

Don’t forget about our event this Saturday at 12:00. We will be doing “The Mid” then hanging out after for some food and refreshments. Come out and meet some CrossFitters from the other boxes in the Golden Triangle.
