  1. credit goes to Neal for the WOD, did this one at CFB a few months ago. Anybody thinking about doing the competition? Don’t make me call you out!

  2. Felt like a wuss on deadlifts, worked up to 365 for 3, then on my set at 385 I couldn’t get past the first rep… meh. Could have been something to do with maxing out my back squat yesterday
    9:56 RX on the met con. I’m gonna try and do the 11am at CFMC about 15 minutes early then head to the 11:30 at CFB about 15 minutes late and start doing 2 a days that way. I will do these on Tuesday or Thursday if I do it. If anyone is interested in joining me let me know and we can find a day to do it each week.
