Skill: press 5-4-3-2-1 (55,65,70,75,80)
Only did 3 rounds with regular lunges, 50# thrusters and purple band C2B.
Burt looks like he has ” orthopedic” shoes on!
I think my time was 12:47 with 80# thrusters
those are Jordans cuz, not really the best CrossFit shoes but crazy comfortable
