Skill- 3 sets 5 difficult handstand push ups. Stack weights to go from a deficit; use the band contraption or a pike push up from a greater height than what you normally do.
Get 5 tall box jumps between each set.

WOD-
7 rounds for time-
7 1-Armed KB thruster 55/35 (per arm)
7 Chest-to-bar pull-ups
7 KBS

  1. 17:06 rx. I dont know why, but today felt like a gut check at 6 am. Did my first hspu on 70 kettlebells with a ab mat, pretty pumped about that one.
