Skill:

In 2 min:

  • row 200 m, then max push ups, rest for 1 min.
  • sprint 200 m, then max air squats, rest for 1 min.
  • tabata mountain climbers

– leave the clock running. go straight from one skill to the next
(after 1 min. rest from row/push ups, go straight into sprint/squats. After that 1 min. rest, go straight into tabata)
 
WOD:     3 rounds:

  • 50 DU
  • 20 burpees
  • 150 m run
