Favorite movement? Deadlift. Most important exercise that you can do. Strenghens most of the body, and there’s nothing more practical that picking stuff up off the floor.
I’m going to have to go with OHS. I’ve put so much work into that one movement, still not quite there but making progress, and thats just a great feeling. Looking forward to snatches too

WOD: 6 rounds 105# really didn’t push myself today, wasted workout
This is my first official week OMG I can’t move my arms. Going to give it hell this afternoon. Somebody lie to me and tell me it gets better. Lol
Skill: blue and red bands. That was fun.
6 rounds. 60#
5 Rounds. Started with 85# but went to 65#. Wasn’t a good day for me today.
9 rounds (Rx) – was trying for 10 – but that wasnt happening.
