WOD:    AMRAP in 10:

  • 5 cleans (135/95)
  • 5 push jerk (same weight)
  • 5 bar-facing burpees

  1. Favorite movement? Deadlift. Most important exercise that you can do. Strenghens most of the body, and there’s nothing more practical that picking stuff up off the floor.

  2. I’m going to have to go with OHS. I’ve put so much work into that one movement, still not quite there but making progress, and thats just a great feeling. Looking forward to snatches too

  3. This is my first official week OMG I can’t move my arms. Going to give it hell this afternoon. Somebody lie to me and tell me it gets better. Lol
