Its starting to get HOT, be sure you are drinking plenty of water. This does not mean chug 5 bottles of water before you workout unless you want a visit from Mr. Pukey. Stay hydrated throughout the day and try not to drink more than a half bottle of water right before a workout, however within 30 min of finishing working out you should drink a full bottle and within a hour and a half you should have 2 bottles in you. If you get a severe headache during a workout and start feeling lightheaded STOP WORKING OUT and drink a bottle of water immediately
