Back Squat: 1X5 @ 65%, 1X5 @ 70%, 1X5 @ 75%, 1X5 @ 80%– rest 2-3 min. between each set.
75 Burpees
50 Hang Power Cleans 95/65
25 Strict Pullups
For Time.
Its starting to get HOT, be sure you are drinking plenty of water. This does not mean chug 5 bottles of water before you workout unless you want a visit from Mr. Pukey. Stay hydrated throughout the day and try not to drink more than a half bottle of water right before a workout, however within 30 min of finishing working out you should drink a full bottle and within a hour and a half you should have 2 bottles in you. If you get a severe headache during a workout and start feeling lightheaded STOP WORKING OUT and drink a bottle of water immediately

  1. “Pride comes before the fall”. One of my favorite quotes…and so relevant to CrossFit. The best athletes I’ve seen in this sport are the ones who are most humble. Just throwing that out there.
