Skill: Power Snatch 3×5 (same weight)
Warm up with empty barbell, then complete 3 sets of 5 power snatches using the same weight
WOD: 5 rounds: (w/ partner)
P1 – 10 power snatches (75/45)
P2 – 5 burpees
-OH carry and broad jumps will be completed from the pull up bars to the windows and back
-Partner can not move to next movement until other is finished with theirs (ex: P1 still OH carrying, P2 finished with burpees and broadjumps. P2 will motivate and wait for P1 to finish carry before beginning power snathes)
