30 clean & jerks (135/95)
– every time you drop the barbell do 10 bar-facing burpees

1. Slow RX time with a lot of burpees
2. Scale with almost no burpees

I tried to rx, but just wasn’t happening. I got 10 unbroken, did burpees, pulled my back during 11 & dropped it again! 30 unbroken would be ridiculous!
Its not that bad Vick – just think about all the rest you get when u finish!
My forearms hate me right now
7:19 RX went 12 8 9 1 … yes 1 when i tried to come up on the last 1 my hands/forearms gave and couldn’t hold on too it anymore.
95# no freaking burpees. I thought I was going to lose my grip around 25 but I said NO and pushed through it. 4:01. 🙂
I may have to do this Saturday… I really wanted to try it
