Skill:  5×3 OH squats @ 70% 1-rep max

WOD:   30 seconds on, 30 seconds off:

1) 5 rounds:

  • wall ball (20/14)
  • pull ups

2) 5 rounds:

  • box jumps
  • KB swings

– max effort for max reps
– You will first do WOD #1. 1 round = 30 seconds of wall ball, 30 seconds of rest, 30 seconds of pull ups, 30 seconds of rest. At the end of the 5th round, you will rest for the given 30 seconds after the last pull ups, and then go straight into WOD #2
 
– You will have a WOD #1 score, and a WOD#2 score.
– Score = total number reps during entire 5 rounds of WOD

  1. DJ- Actually, it was my wall balls that I was extremely happy with. 20,20,20,19,17. So I only averaged 14 pullups a round.
