-Squat snatch if you are able.
-If you power snatch perform an OHS before dropping the BB.

    Hub’s first time on a rower. I think he liked it…
    Did a 10min AMRAP after class of 20 DUs 10 wallballs and 5 muscle ups since I couldnt do the skill work today. Ended up with 6 rounds
