WOD:  “The Filthy 50”

  • 50 box jumps (24″/20″)
  • 50 jumpin pull ups
  • 50 KB swings (35#/25#)
  • 50 walking lunges
  • 50 knees to elbows
  • 50 push press (45#/35#)
  • 50 supermans
  • 50 wallball (20#/14#)
  • 50 burpees
  • 50 double unders

    This was intense. I wish I was 100% so I could have done it RX. It will be mine the next time it comes up.
    Oh and here’s a little hint for everyone else, don’t save the burpees for last…

    37:08 (3x Single unders and 10# Wall Ball)
    Saved the wall ball for last, and 2 @ 20# was all it took to let me know I needed to scale.

  3. That’s what I said….”gonna kill it next time”. Those 50 burpees killed my chance of getting finished by that 30 minute cutoff. So close. Just 30 box jumps short of finishing. Loved it though.

  4. Wow the Filthy Fifties was one of my very first workouts. I wish I could’ve been there with y’all for this one. It’s a burner for sure, but damn it’s fun. Good work everyone for even attempting it. People like you is why Crossfit will continue to grow in this area! Great work!

  5. great work tonight 6pm’rs! i love that when i asked if anyone wanted a 30:00 cutoff you all looked at me crazy and wanted to slog through it no matter how long it took….   6. Should have gone with you 6 o clockers. Stefan cut us off so there were a lot of DNFs in the noon class. And starting with burpees was horrible but glad I got them out of the way. Can’t wait to improve my time on this one and finish it
