- 3 burpees
- 4 pullups
- 5 BB thrusters (45/30)
- 6 box jumps (24/20)
- 7 wall ball (20/14)
- 8 T2B
- 9 push ups
- 10 KB swings (55/35)
- 11 TGUs (35/15)
- 12 muscle ups
– This will be completed like the song: 1 C&J, 2 HSPU, 1C&J, 3 burpees, 2 HSPU, 1 C&J, ect.

Cruised thru the first good bit, but hit a wall at the Turkish get ups. I’m pretty sure those alone added 10 minutes to my total.

I wish I got my first muscle up! but no, just the HSPU. I actually got one before the workout and one during, then I couldn’t get back up.
A HSPU is still a great accomplishment none the less. Don’t cut yourself short
