  • 10 KB swings (55/35)
  • 11 TGUs (35/15)
  • 12 muscle ups

– This will be completed like the song: 1 C&J, 2 HSPU, 1C&J, 3 burpees, 2 HSPU, 1 C&J, ect.

  1. This was a lot of fun, mostly. Not exactly a good day for me to start working out again though. Anyway,
    45ish min. RX except C&J (135) and TGU (25).
    Cruised thru the first good bit, but hit a wall at the Turkish get ups. I’m pretty sure those alone added 10 minutes to my total.

    35:57 RX everything but Muscle Ups
    This was the most intense lengthy workout Ive done since being at CFMC.

  3. 61:47- RX except for subbed pullups and dips for muscle ups (red band ring dips), 1 mat HSPU, and 95# Clean and jerks
    Effing awesome WOD. Loved it.

  4. everything was going so good till i hit the turkish get ups…
    53:37 RX switched to one ab mat for the HSPUs about halfway through
    Musle ups took me forever but i did them bitches, thanks Stefan for making me do them

  5. So I’m sitting at chik fil a and I see Miranda here..she is eating fries and what looks like a fried chicken sandwich. Now shes putting mayonaise all over it..eek.

  8. Wow this was pure chaos lol not really but it was a fun workout. WOD: 50:55 or something real close to that. I had to sub the muscle ups.
    ๐Ÿ™ I tried though.

  9. Jason you were straight killing it bro!!! You knocked out the first 11 rounds in 26 min and some change! Nice work! This wod hurt. 58:12 1 mat for HSPUs and subbed the MUs for 3 pu and 3 rd. Felt good to finish tho!

    Got one hspu and couldn’t get another. First time though!

  11. I wish I got my first muscle up! but no, just the HSPU. I actually got one before the workout and one during, then I couldn’t get back up.
