Harlem Shake?


WOD 22FEB13
Strength- 1 set of 20 backs squats. Heavy as possible.
Conditioning
-3 min AMRAP-
4 Burpees
6 DB thrusters 45/30
10 Sit-ups
-Rest 1 min between each AMRAP
-Repeat for a total of 5 cycles
*Burpees start from the STANDING position*
REMINDER the 9am Olympic lifting class tomorrow is canceled until further notice. We will have our 10am and 11am classes as scheduled!
