  1. I was just happy to get to the box jumps, given that it usually takes me 2-3 minutes to get through 50 DUs.
    Skill: 18 box jumps RX
    WOD: 19:something (95# C&J, 55# KB)

  2. Skill- 43 DU’s were solid today but those 30″ box jumps were killer
    WOD- 13:10 (115# C&J’s 45# KB)
    Good to be back at the box

  3. Subed a 1K row for the skill work 4:03, dealing with an injured foot from Saturday.
    WOD 20:10 RX C&J, 55# KB and RX Air Squats. There wasnt enough 70# KBs not that I needed any more weight than the 55#
    Great WOD but this one hurt after “The Bridge” Saturday at CFBC..

    PR with 42 DU’s unbroken. Don’t laugh…that’s a big deal for me!!
