- etc…
Score equals last number of burpees completed (ex: cut off while mid 10 burpees, score = 9)

I’m signed up for the scaled division. They ask your deadlift 1RM as part of the questionnaire, so that could be a good sign.

Hate burpees, AMRAP workouts, and any workout that last over 7mins. Other than that I really liked it.
