  1. I sucked today… Bad! Stupid lunges. 12:58 3x singles. I feel like hiding in a corner after that time. 6 L pull ups… Those things suck!

  4. Olympic gymnasts can do L-muscle ups, just just a random thought for you guys. I have a new found respect for those guys, they are hella strong
