1000m Row (one partner rows at a time while the other holds the barbell in the rack position)
Don’t forget about the Mobility Seminar CrossFit Beaumont is hosting on Sunday, November 3 from 2pm-4pm.  It will be led by our own Melanie Loski and one of her colleagues. The main focus of this will be teaching how to use resistance bands to improve your mobility in order to make you a better power lifter and olympic lifter. We highly recommend this course to anyone who is serious about improving their performance. The cost for this session will be $20 for members and $50 for non members. Spots are limited so if you’d like to reserve your spot you will need to sign up and pay ahead of time.

    18:36 red band pullups, 45# DB burpees and power snatch. Finished with 1000m row
