3:41 row, a PR at 1000m
245 back squat
8:00 RX couldnt grip the bars this mornin
The bars at 11 were miserable. I had to chalk up every 5 pull ups…..too freakin humid today.
145 back squat
10:14 blue band-added the purple after 15 reps. When will I get better at pulluuuups?!
265# back squat PR by 50#. We wont discuss my time on the wod… stupid pull ups. They’re just mean.

385# squat – 7:30 RX – pull ups were slightly more difficult than I expected after the row.
125# max back squat……. 11:19 blue and purple…. Definately agree on the needed more work on pullups comments!
We won’t discuss my back squat. One day, I too shall be a beast on weighted squats. 9:20 RX on the WOD.
295lb squat… made up for max press did 155lb press….. then 7mins and something on the WOD.
