Step Two: Beginner Session

Ready to get started? Our 1-on-1 Beginner Session take you through the fundamentals of CrossFit and teaches the importance of scaling and modifying – putting you on the road to success! Classes are scheduled based on YOUR availability.

Step Three: Group Classes

Once you have completed the Beginner Session or if you’re an experienced CrossFitter then you are ready to join regular classes. Visit our pricing page for membership options and call us to join.
