Back Squat: 1X8 @ 65%, 1X8 @ 70%, 1X5 @ 80%, 1X5 @ 85% – rest 1:00-2:00 between sets.

3 minute AMRAP of:
3 Power cleans @ 135/95#
6 Push-ups
9 Air Squats
Rest 1 minute.

  1. I like this WOD, it was the 1st named workout I did just after I started at CFMC. I wish my lungs were better so I could give it a try today. Good luck guys …..

  2. That is a great question. I wonder that if the elite gymnasts and weightlifters would have excelled in the other sport if they had the same amount of training. They require a lot of the same skills such as accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, and a ton of speed strength and power.

  3. I am almost positive the workout is based on rounds? At least when I did it last time it was full rounds only
    I could be wrong

    Wod: 224 (75# clean)
    Definitely a rough one. Went way slower than I thought I’d have to. The last time I did this one was at CFB my second week into CrossFit. I was doing wall pushups and cleaning 25#. Just glad I’m better pregnant than I was when I started 🙂

  5. 393 reps or 21 rnds and change…. Everyone wanted to count different…
