- Kipping/butterfly pull up or Muscle up (only one, not all)
- Double unders
AMRAP in 10:
400 m run buy-in:
- 10 ball slams (20/14)
- 15 sit ups
- 10 mountain climbers
At minute 10, rest 30 seconds, then ME burpees in 30 seconds
– Will have 2 scores: total number rounds and total number burpees
