15 – 20 minutes to work on:

  • Rope climb
  • Kipping/butterfly pull up or Muscle up (only one, not all)
  • Double unders

AMRAP in 10:
400 m run buy-in:

  • 10 ball slams (20/14)
  • 15 sit ups
  • 10 mountain climbers

At minute 10, rest 30 seconds, then ME burpees in 30 seconds
– Will have 2 scores: total number rounds and total number burpees
