  1. Do I hear crickets. Can’t wait for this one. I feel like I’m getting worse at This Olympic weight lifting stuff. 🙁 but I will run all day, it’s getting easier?

  2. couldn’t squat snatch today to save my life.
    Did the “San Francisco Crippler” instead (30 bodyweight back squats, 1000m row)
    8:26 135#- (20 pounds less than body weight)
