  • HSPU

5 rounds:

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 deadlifts (225/155)

–  Begin with 5 HSPU, then complete round 1. Next 4 HSPU, then complete round 2, etc.

  1. 7:57 225# dl 1 mat for HSPU. Its crazy the difference between 1 mat vs. no mat.

  2. 9:42 225# 1 ab mat. Went crossfit games style on the burpees with burt (jump on plate every time and open hips)
    140# on the cool down, couldn’t resist doing my body weight

    1. Just realized the posted WOD was 10 DL, as written on t he almighty board it was 5 DL. Was wondering why my time looked… off.
      Someone’s got some ‘splainin’ ta do.

      1. that was no doubt my fault (sorry to all the roosters…) if anyone feels gypped i would be happy to facilitate an additional 25 DL just to keep everything same same
