  1. Hate I missed this one I had SWAT training today, but we did a filthy 50 that was pretty intense at the beginning of training. Be back with everybody tomorrow @ noon

    I’m with Nathan. I sprinted (~90%) for the first run, and that gassed me too much to start my squats right away. I’ll learn this pacing thing eventually.
