wallball (20/14)
push ups
200m run between each set, start and finish the workout with the set of 21 reps (only 4 runs total)

  1. Skill-225#. Which was a huge PR, but this is the first time I have done F-Squats in prob 6 or 8 months.
    WOD-14:45. 14# WallBalls and RX PU. I rowed 250m instead or running between rounds.

  2. Skill : 265# ….. A pr I dont know if I ever maxed on this? But I feel pretty good bout that weight.
