Nate Dogg, your PRs as a percentage of body weight crush me in just about everything I wouldn’t sweat it. I’ll take a +40 BW max in any lift every day of the week. :p
Skill: 115# clean and jerk. My goal was 125# and I just couldn’t get there today. Very frustrating. Adding that to the long list of things that need serious work.
