  1. Felt good to be back at the box. After two weeks off, I set a new PR:
    C&J: 195# (+10)
    Rest works.
    Didn’t do the WOD–still feeling a bit wonky. Worked on front squats instead.

      Nate Dogg, your PRs as a percentage of body weight crush me in just about everything I wouldn’t sweat it. I’ll take a +40 BW max in any lift every day of the week. :p

  2. Skill: 115# clean and jerk. My goal was 125# and I just couldn’t get there today. Very frustrating. Adding that to the long list of things that need serious work.
    Wod: 5 rounds (24″ box)

    4 rds plus 12 air squats (20′). Just couldn’t go fast enough on the last squats. Thanks for the push DJ.

    Cleaned 225# for a 20# PR
    WOD: 5 rounds RX
    And I did it all headache free!!!!. You have no idea how good that feels.

    135 clean (didn’t try to jerk it)
    Did yesterdays skill: 20# dead hang pull up.
    Wod: 4rds rx. Still need work on pushups.

    265 # was there on two attempts; but I can’t hold it in the rack position!!
    6 Rounds on the WOD – Burpee box jumps are the the devil.
    Nice to see Nathan back with a monster clean today.

  8. So happy for everyone’s PR’s yesterday. I was down on myself, but still got a 10# PR, so I’m gonna be happy about that 🙂
