100 pull ups w/ partner:

  • p1 holds BB at top of deadlift position (225/155) or 60% of max DL
  • p2 completes max pull ups
  • switch every time BB is dropped

 
AMRAP in 7:

  • 5 push ups
  • 10 push press (95/65)
  • 15 sit ups
