  2. All I have to say is Lauren Clawson, You are a beast!!! You rocked it today. I am so proud of you. You have came such a long way. ANIMAL!!!!
    WOD: 9:33 Rx’d it all but mutant man makers did 25#. And I should of used 30!

  3. Skill: body weight, 45#, 55#, 75#, almost got 90#. Next time for sure.
    WOD: 11:06 (185#, 40#, RX everything else)
    Going to have to work on the harder v ups because apparently I’m “too good” at the other

  4. Re did 90 on deadhangs pretty easy.. Jumped to 110# and was about 1/8″ short and felt like I tore something in my pec… Though I think it’s a slight tear
    WOD did it in 9:36 rx….. Being able to to the deadlifts w/o breaking reps was the only way I was able to sneak ahead of Nedab. I think this is the only time I’ve been able to do that!

  5. 13:20 rx for the wod getting back in the swing of things is hard. But i have a confession i skipped 15 jumping pull ups today i realized this while i was at work so my time should be like 13:40 or something. i felt bad and had to make it publicly known that i cheated
