  • 10 SDHP (75/55)
  • 10 push ups
  • 2 muscle ups

*sub muscle ups for 3 pull ups + 3 ring dips per rep
**can do all 6 pull ups then all 6 dips, or you can break them up

  1. Guys, it is with a heavy heart that I have concelled my membership. I’ve moved to Lumberton and driving down here everyday just isn’t feasible for me. The good news is that there is a new box in Silsbee and I will be joining there, so CrossFit will still be a part of my life. I want to thank Stefan, Neal, and all the other trainers as well as all you guys that have helped me achieve so much in such little time. I couldn’t have done any of this without all the motivation and great training. Don’t worry I will drop by for a WOD every once in a while, and you will for sure see me for the competition on the 24th. I’m gonna miss you guys…….
