WOD:
AMRAP in 5:

  • 2 MMM (45/25)
  • 5 DB lunges/leg

4 rounds:

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 push ups
  • 15 air squats

– Score = total number rounds for 1st WOD, and time for 2nd WOD

    10 TGU left arm. (25#)
    Wod: I think I did 5 rds but I said 4 so I’ll stick with 4 rx’d.
    And 6:09 rx’d in second part of wod. Just wasnt feeling those burpees!
