Skill:     Begin push up challenge:

  • Day 1: 60 HR push ups for time (yes i realize you just did 60 yesterday)
  • Day 2: 30 HR push ups
  • Each day following, add 2 reps until you hit 60 again on which day you will time yourself again

WOD:    

  • 200 m run
  • 15 OH squats (135/95)
  • 20 box jumps (30/24)
  • 15 hang power cleans (135/95)
  • 20 box jumps (30/24)
  • 15 shoulder-to-OH (135/95)
  • 1 mile run

  1. I dont care about my time today lol. I did 75# for everything 24″ box and I think I ran more than a mile lol. I have noooo clue here that line is. 30:44

  2. 60 push ups- 4:20 i dont know why i suck at them so much
    WOD 17:56 105# cleans and Shoulder to Overhead, 15# bar for the OHS (wasnt holding anything over my head after those push ups)

  3. …and 3:34 on push ups. Lol I forgot about them, and I have no clue how! Possibly one of those suppressed memories you try to forget lol
