Day 1: 60 HR push ups for time (yes i realize you just did 60 yesterday)

Each day following, add 2 reps until you hit 60 again on which day you will time yourself again

- 200 m run
- 15 OH squats (135/95)
- 20 box jumps (30/24)
- 15 hang power cleans (135/95)
- 20 box jumps (30/24)
- 15 shoulder-to-OH (135/95)
- 1 mile run

I dont care about my time today lol. I did 75# for everything 24″ box and I think I ran more than a mile lol. I have noooo clue here that line is. 30:44
