AMRAP in 5min:

  • 5 tire flips
  • 5 lunges (per leg)

REST 2min
AMREP in 5min:

  • 400m run
  • max hollow rocks

COOL down:
5, 5, 5 Turkish Get Ups per arm

  1. It hurt so good, but I did
    3 sit ups after the 1000 m row
    5 rounds of tire flips and lunges
    30 hollow rocks (ended up scaling)
