  1. Well poop! I’ve only done this workout once in sept of 2011 and there’s a reason I haven’t done it gain… It is a beast, took me like 38:46 last time… With all that said..BRING IT! I will make board

    Last time I did this was September of 2011…
    Over a 9 minute PR and by no means did I RX this the first time.

    Wanted under 30 but that wasn’t happening with all the running. It is about 4 minutes faster than last time, though.
