You DO NOT have to sign any type of contract to start your 2 free weeks. This is just a trial period to see if you like CrossFit or not. We hope you get hooked just like we did. Anyone and everyone is welcome!

  1. Air squats is the defualt if there’s no Front/back/overhead. But you could always scale up to #135 Overhead Squats your own if you’re feeling spicy!
