Rope Climb Practice Between Sets

WOD:

“Cinco de Mayo”
AMRAP in 20 min:
5 Box Jumps (30/24)
5 Handstand Push Ups
5 Power Cleans (135/95)
5 DB Thrusters right arm (45/30)
5 DB Thrusters left arm (45/30)

CASH OUT/IN:

Hold one minute in the bottom of a squat
*This will be done in the warm up and at the end of class

    135 x 5, 185 x 5, 225 x 1
    Rope climb-
    I got to the top, but didn’t have the leg strength to let go and touch the beam.
    FYI- it’s a long hand-burning way down if you don’t use your legs!
    WOD-
    5 rounds
    12″ box
    24″ pike push-ups
    95# cleans
    30# db thrusters

  2. Squats… 185-255
    Wod. Started rnd 7 at 14 something missed the box and slammed the shin… After taking a few to get te feeling back… I finished rnd 7
