CFMC Competition – September 24 (Updated)

UPDATE: You need to be at CFMC between 8am and 8:30am on Saturday. The first heats will begin around 9am. The earlier you arrive the more time you will have to warm up. We expect this event to be over around 1:30pm. You are welcome to bring food, drinks, etc but we will not have a place to grill or heat up anything. After the competition we will have some games like tug of war, around the world, and maybe a few others. If this competition is anything like last time you can probably expect some flip cup also! If you have any questions please email us, call us, or post it in the comments section.

  1. No pull-ups? Sign me up! I know that’s one of the movements being conveniently left off just to mess with me.
Two RSPV’s please… Brittany and I will compete in the scaled division.

  2. i don’t know which one to sign up for here standard or scaled. I just don’t think I can fo the 225# deadlifts. Im on the fence here.

  3. read this earlier in a CrossFit Journal
“Forging elite fitness and not testing its mettle on the field of sport is like building a 1,000 horsepower racecar and never taking it out of the driveway. Or it’s like making Megan Fox fall madly in love with you and then taking a vow of chastity”
so no one has a reason for not entering this competition, just saying

  4. Nathan, I 100% agree. No matter what your ability level, you should definitely come join us for this event. It’s going to be awesome!

  5. Who all is doing this competition? I signed up but who else did? This post has been pretty quiet lately. Mid-County is hosting a competition dang it let’s make some noise!!!…. cricket… cricket….

  6. I’m going to come watch, and I’m going to invite some people from the TCPT bootcamp to come with. Everyone’s been saying they don’t know what we are all going to do at the end of our 11 weeks… and I keep telling them.. CROSSFIT DUHH.

  7. Im thinking about haveing my travel trailer with me sat. So we can have a cfmc VIP room. Any feedback or dumb idea? It’s no trouble.
