Quite a bit slower than last time. 100 total lunges was tough.
This run must have been further than Beaumont or we must have just done total lunges instead of each leg. I had a 7:02 last time I did this in Beaumont.

on the bright side i did do my 300m sprint in :50 a 2 second PR
