  • 200 m medball run

– Medball should not touch the ground at any point in time (20/14)

    1. This run must have been further than Beaumont or we must have just done total lunges instead of each leg. I had a 7:02 last time I did this in Beaumont.

  1. 17:25 :*( the 3 solid weeks of boozing and smoking cancer sticks was a bad idea
    on the bright side i did do my 300m sprint in :50 a 2 second PR
