Front Squats should be on the heavy side – so scale accordingly!

  1. Skill: 50, 50, 60 (failed-only got 5), 55, 50
    Wod: it just got heavy.
    16:47 (105#)
    Could have done better.

  2. Skill: 65, then 85#. Hit failure on the last set and got 5.
    WOD: 10:35 (155# & k2e) Almost got the set of 9 unbroken.

  3. Skill: 45, 65, 55, 55, 55
    WOD: 15:59 used 115# until 5th rep on set 12 then moved down to 105#. got real heavy.
