You will throw a medball as far as you can
There will be a marked box from which you must throw. It will allow a bit of room for an extra prep step for extra umph!
You will be allowed 3 attempts, all of which will be recorded
WOD: 5 rounds:
300 m run
10 deadlift (225/135)
25 sit ups

– Don’t forget that we have Open gym on the first two Sundays of every month at CFMC and at CFB the following Sundays. This class is from 2-3pm and as just some time for you to show up and comlete a WOD you may have missed, or work on a particular skill. Due to recent lack of attendance, we ask that you RSVP for this class so we know that people are going to show.
